A 75-year-old landladdy, Mrs Hannah Otite, has softened in tears following the conversion of 2 flats in her property set at No. 3 Kafi Street within the Alausa space of Ikeja, lagos State, to a hotel by a tenant, Oshinsegun Ashley, while not her consent.

Narrating her ordeal to PUNCH subway on Wed, Otite aforesaid amid sobs that she ought to comprehend the criminal conversion in Dec 2017, many months when Ashley had moved into the house.

Meanwhile, the Convener of the Movement for Human Rights Volunteers, Musbau Olatunji, has called on security operatives to protect Otite following the alleged threats by the tenant.
